    I agree with all the remedies mentioned above, however I wanted to put an emphasis on a right diet. I eliminated white bread, pasta, coffee, black tea and sugar from my daily intakes and after a week I felt the difference. I also take some of the herbal remedies to support my digestion system and I must say – it works so far.
