Lower Back Rotating Stretch

To do this exercise, sit on an chair with no armrests such as a stool, cross your left leg over your right and and gently twist your body to one side for approximately 10 – 12 seconds.

Lower Back Release Tension Exercise

Get a yoga mat and lie flat with your knees bent, make sure your feet are flat on the ground. Next step is to tighten your stomach muscles and push it up from your hips.

Hold that position for 6 – 8 seconds and release. Then position your back flat on the mat and push down for another 6 – 8 seconds. Repeat these steps 3 – 5 times and gradually go up to 20.
